And that means it’s not original? Would that have been done by Omega in the 1991 refurb?

No, post 1995 ish. It’s probably Omega but it’s not the original dial it came with and that for me is a big fat no no.
What does original mean to you?

Original means as it says. Thanks for the info, I’m still amazed about the detail of knowledge it takes to identify these things. I am safer looking at new watches!

I better say, that my info was all from memory so the dates may not be 100% accurate.
