If it looks too good to be true, it probably is. On closer inspection your dial is missing the ‘T SWISS MADE T’ meaning it’s a luminova service dial and the hands are clearly the same.
Edit: I’ll add that this isn’t a problem if you’re OK with it, especially if you want the practical benefit of using it in low light. Personally I like a bit of patina and character, service dials tend to suck that out.
