  • If you can do a 200km ride and not feel broken at the end of it you should get around a 300km ride (although you may feel broken at the end of the first one you do).

    Lather, rinse and repeat for subsequent steps up.

    There's no real specific training you can do other than just more time in the saddle.

    When I was doing 300km+ Audaxes the majority of my training was 20km a day of pan-flat London commuting during the week and then whatever other Audaxes I was riding ever 2-4 weekends.
