I’m not happy with the deployant clasp on my cocktail time, the curve is wrong and it digs into my wrist. Is it possible to replace it or do I need to get a whole new strap?

It was the same with the strap which came with my cocktail time. Except that it was also a horrendous patent shiny fake leather. Uncomfortable and ugly as fuck. Literally the worst strap I have ever seen or worn.

I'd just buy a normal non deployant strap tbh.

I don’t mind the shiny (or it being a deployant) but it’s not comfortable so a swap is fine with me. What did you go for as a replacement?
