I've been dealing with some arcane government departments with names in Latin, and job titles like Queen's Remembrancer. And of course they only accept payments in cheque via the post. Which is a pain in the fucking arse when you don't have a chequebook and you're in Australia.
They are probably getting their first fax machine installed soon.
