Could be interested in the wheels - What are the hubs/rims please?
Do you still have the seat post as well

Hi, @SideshowBob sorry the delay in coming back.
The wheels are: front unbranded hub and Rigida Chrolux rim and the rear is Campag hub (very early) and Milremo rims with a 5 speed shimano block. (photos will follow)
They are yours if you want them - forum donation at your discretion.
Collection in London SE19 or Holborn.
The seat post will be sold with the saddle.

So I decided to split this up and eBay it. Here is a link below to the frame and I have listed a selection of the parts also, ones that I thought might be worth the hassle. Lets see what they go for!?
I have a residual of other parts off the bike that I am happy to let go here for beer money / forum contributions. I will list them on this thread shortly, they are; Mafac levers and callipers, cranks and pedals, as well as a 27 1 1/4 wheel set.
