If someone was to say ride something like https://www.transiberica.cc/badlands/ or https://atlasmountainrace.cc/ and had a bike that could use 700C wheels or 650B wheels with fatter rubber fitted and felt a desire to use said fatter rubber of the 650B option, what wheels would they look at and what tyres?

Probably another Kinesis Tripster.

I've got a used DT Swiss 350 lying around but it's probably quicker, easier, cheaper to nab a whole wheelset. Actually had a look at the spec. and the frame can take 700x42 so probably don't need 650B at all... but need != want.
