I have a Genesis Equilibrium disc frame (steel frame, carbon fork) in large which I might sell. Tyre size is not an issue. I have 35c on it quite comfortably, with room to spare.

I’ve bought a Trek Checkpoint ALR5 for a very similar purpose, 50km into and out of London once/twice per week, plus towpaths/tracks at weekends.
For reference the alu frame/carbon fork combo with 40mm tyres @ 40psi is far comfier than my Domane 6.2 with 30mm tyres tubeless @ 70psi.

Throwing my hat into the ring I've got a large 2018 Arkose that'll fit the bill. Full hydro Sram Apex 1x11, two wheelsets, pretty good nick. Only selling as it's too small for me at 1.85m

My BMC in the classifieds has rack mounts and takes 35mm tyres.
In many ways I prefer it to my Croix de fer
Well.. equilibriums exist in S.M,L,XL, it's a large with sloping geometry, so effective top tube is above 56... but the medium is below. re-guards, i had 32mm gravelking slicks under 40mm kinesis mudguards, it's about as big as you can get.
