Certainly not what I was saying. Just rebutting the quite strange assertion that Ramsaye made trying to pin responsibility on the Scots for all the ills of Empire...

I share the annoyance at Tom Watson but the bit about Liz is twisted. It’s predicated on the monarch having a choice when asked by a PM to porogue.

95million split between 69 towns? Not much is it.

Once we're out, we're very unlikely to get back in because we won't get a deal like we currently have.
This. It's far to rare that either side of the debate bring up the advantageous deal currently enjoyed by the UK.

Especially as Coventry gets £21 million of it.

• #23763
That's not even gonna make a dent in that place.

£21m would probably cover a thorough pressure washing...

That could be... Too much pressure.

"Cleared of any wrongdoing "
Or was it insufficient evidence to prove there was criminal acts?

Hadn't be already quit the Tories, though? Or had the whip removed.

Hi folks, this may be slightly OT. But actually not! I often get propaganda from various sources which is plainly untrue. Obviously a careful, detailed and well thought-out refutation would be the ideal, but often these people just aren't listening! What I would like to do is have a "rubber stamp" to dismiss their garbage. I include my effort... I guess that some of your are invovled in graphics, photoshop etc., and hoped that you might be good enough to come up with something better?

The whole thing is a bit like tax avoidance it seems to me. There are myriad ways to get out of it and it's impossible to predict/implement countermeasures for all of them. The only way you can ensure you get what you intend is by putting an honest person in charge who complies willingly... and, well, it's Boris, so you know

I believe my point was that there's reasonable evidence to suggest that the Empire was a joint enterprise of the 2 nations.

Johnson doesn't want to meet Juncker in Brussels, preferring a 'neutral location', so meets Juncker in, erm, Luxembourg. You really couldn't make it up.
