Mayhem and violence I reckon. Right after the fuel shortage bit. In the fuel tanker protest in 2002 there was untold violence and mayhem at petrol stations.

In the fuel protest the country was nearly mad max after a week
I was living in Cardiff, gammons were hiring golf buggies because they needed to drive something, kids were chasing them round on foot and on bikes harassing them.....this is the first positive feeling I have had regarding Brexit.
