Mine was cheap to run, nothing really went too wrong for the 35,000 miles I did. And they're super easy to work on, so did it all.
But I get the insurance bit.

Getting utterly hammered by insurance quotes. £1k being the norm. I like the configuration and size of it. It seems to check all the right boxes, easy to slingshot miles, and can really yoink on it if some manic laughing is required.
@soul Does the deflector work well? Most issues seem to be with air coming over the top and buffeting your head.

Running costs kinda scare me, and insurance on them was just insane.
@Soul What's the screen you've got on it? They seem to be a bit of a problem.
