I've got a Hope Pro 3 Mono x Mavic Open Pro Wheelset fitting your requirement with decent condition gatorskins on them that I bought of @packet for £175. Turns out I don't need them anymore as the build I was gonna use them for went in a different direction. I'm looking for the same price I paid. PM me if interested and I can send you photos and stuff.
