So after 3 months of really struggling with my diet/health and talking with my doctor I think I'm gonna have to take a step backwards to allow myself to stabilise.
Anyone have any experience of reintroducing non-vegan food back into their diet? I'm thinking of doing this in the hope I can go back to a full vegan diet but I think switching too fast has caused me some issues.
Bit hard to give advice without knowing what the issues are exactly, yet in general I'd say don't change too much at once (well you say "switching too fast" has led to the problems in the first place), rather transition smoothly.
Remember man (read: your digestive system) is a creature of habit.
