Meeting where we look at the work which needs doing & figure out how long each task will take to do.
Usually this goes through one layer of translation, with time estimates given not in units of time, but numbers on the fibonacci sequence (for some reason). Recently, someone in the office has decided to add another layer to this by assigning 't-shirt sizes' to each number. Heaven knows why.
