Some weird quantum effect, similar to that which enables immigrants to simultaneously come over here and skive off benefits whilst also coming over here and STEELING ALL ARE JOBS!

Those positions aren't mutually exclusive. The (completely bollocks) implication is that there are so many immigrants that a load of them are taking "all of the jobs" and then more come with no jobs to go into and so they take benefits.
