They think it might but haven't checked so won't guarantee it. They no longer collaborate on stuff and the design team have changed so it's likely but not definite

Just had this back from Xtracycle :
"At this time, we are not able to say with confidence that the KickBack 3 works on the Surly Big Dummy. We've heard from Surly that what they are finding is that their oval tubing might not be the best fit since the KB3 is built for the round tubing of our frames. This could cause the KickBack 3 to damage your Surly frame which would be a shame.
We have heard from some Surly customers who have tried to get the KB3 to work on their Big Dummy and they were able to do so by padding the frame where the KB3 comes into contact. Since this is not a perfect fit, this would be a modification you would need to make a judgement call on. Xtracycle would not be responsible for any damage caused to your frame if you chose to take this route.
We recommend the Rolling Jackass center kickstand found here - http://www.rollingjackass.com/ - or an older Xtracycle KickBack 1 if you are able find it second hand.
