The area behind the bottom bracket / chain stay bridge plate where side stand fixes onto was very very rusted, I cleaned it / wire brush it thoroughly and re sprayed it re building the BB while I was at it...
(not so) pro tip: dark green hammerite paint (the stuff for outdoor metalwork) is a good enough match to the Pashley green!
