What am I missing? You do know they aren't spreading butter on the biscuit and then coating it in chocolate? It's just a sweet biscuit with clarified butter in the dough.

Is it a Nazi quad bike or something?

What? Are you saying that that the Sablés Pur Beurre de la Mère Poulard are not actually made of 100% pure butter as the only ingredient?

To me, it seems strange to put a picture of a quad on a chocolate biscuit.
I live in a very ordered world it seems.
