Repeating what’s already been said, only pedal assisted ones. And they’re only allowed to assist up to 16mph (ish) to still be considered a push bicycle.
Think you are allowed up to 4mph un-assisted.
High speeds, tiny scooter wheels, poor road surface conditions and shit brakes = bad times :)
Some of them bow so much under the weight of the rider they look like they're about to snap in the middle. A bit like when I stand on my kids' micro scooter before jumping off immediately as I remember how much it cost for such a simple piece of plastic.
