    Just found this old sales add from 2017... Oh well I'm keeping it then...

  • You know, you can ask Pashley dirtectly?

    I emailed them about a chain guard replacement, they told me to go to a Pashley reseller, I did, they weren't very clued up, so they called Pashley directly. Whoever from Pashley answered said they'd seen my email. (At some point the shop assistant said "I can't say that the customer is in front of me" although I could have misheard...) conclusion was I needed to email further details/dimensions to Pashley so that they could identify the part and then go back to reseller.
    I further emailed Pashley on the back of my first message, asking what they precisely needed (given how complicated it seems to get parts) but this time they're not replying to me...
    Anyhow so far not impressed with them; I'm an insignificant customer (actually I'm not even one yet since I'm failing to buy a part) so I doubt they'll engage with any further query unlikely to bring them any business...
    But I'm sufficiently convinced with the picture I found that my rack isn't an end user bodge...
