• I hit the deck sideways, looking at the scratches - right hand shoulder/arm then onto my back. The shoulder and arm is much better today, which makes the pain from the collapsed lung much more noticeable. But I can put a t-shirt on without having to count to 3 first, so definitely getting better.

    Is there a recommended chest/thorax protector which might have spread the impact and therefore possibly avoided the extent of the shock to my right rib cage?
