In this case I'd make an exception to the old adage.

Fantastic! It looks like some bikestormz kids had a really bad crash. And no need to lock it as anyone stupid enough to try and ride it off will be dead within a matter of seconds.

Parts bin special cockpit upgrade. Turning from rat to half decent bike.
