My council and energy company keeping holding their hands up and saying 'not my problem' whenever I try.
Electricity cutoff to the meter is in a locked cupboard that only the council has a key for, I cannot collect it, only the energy company. Energy company says they don't do that and have never heard of that sort of arrangement. Council says energy company is aware of its processes and it happens all the time.
Been going on for a year now
