I can never upload photos to lfgss anymore, so here's a link to an old pic when I was restringing it. I installed one single sized humbucker with a series/split/parallel switch.
I also left it unpainted after my kid knocked it over a thousand times. It plays beautiful, it was just what I wanted!

Are you looking to build an electric or acoustic?
I built a solid body electric in my garden here with a template from @christianSpaceman, with very few tools.
You might be able to just do it yourself!
