Yep, I thought the Arc with a Timmy worked well. Do agree on the mid-hump mostly being too much when used as a boost, but it can work when properly loud, with band (which I only tried once, and it was thru a '62 Vibrolux, yum)...
Anyone have a tip for an affordable one-knobber boost that adds a Special Something™? EP clone?
