In case you don't find a complete set I could offer a Sram Rival 1 Crankset, slightly flared handlebars and Shimano 105 brifters. I also have things like a goatlink or Jtek Shiftmate if you want to go experimental.

Gonna go down the shimano route.
Are they 11 speed and hydraulic?
Also what width are your bars?edit: please someone correct me if I'm well off here, but it's fine to mix and match? Eg 105 rear and a sram crankset/bb?

The 105 brifters are 10 speed and non hydraulic.
The bars are 44 top and 47ish bottom. So as I said slightly flared.
I don't see a problem to mix the SRAM crankset with a Shimano derailleur. I did the opposite for quite some time. What is not fine to mix is SRAM GXP crankset and Shimano Hollowtech BB or SRAM GXP BB and Shimano Hollowtech crankset. They look the same but are slightly different.
Jumping on the gravel train and bought a On-One frame.
Not too fussed on specifics, 105, Ultegra, Apex or Rival, show me what you've got, up to ~£300
Also looking for a wheelset, keen to buy the lot off someone!
Cheers
