A van driver crashed into a 41 year old cyclist and left him for dead in the road yesterday afternoon. He is now 'fighting for his life'. Really hope he pulls through and the scumbag that hit him is found and charged.

What a scumbags.. it's a town centre area surely They can get a registration off cctv some where. Probably be left to victim to do his own investigation due to lack of resources.

A statement from Scotland Yard said: "The driver of the van, a white Fiat Dobio, stopped briefly at the scene and spoke with the injured cyclist before driving off.

Hope the driver comes forward or is found soon and that they speak again sometime. Ominous reporting again. :(

Clockwise

I don't ride that way at all but looking up the road it really does just go around onto a one way back towards itself and with width restrictions and all sorts. Hope the driver is found and charged for more than driving offences.
