I can vouch for this bike and seller. Both awesome. I was lucky enough to own it between the original owner and SS. The spidering looks really cool imo.
He's a couple of pics of my build...

Hello
What' the height of the first owner ?
Thank you -
• #14
Hi, i'm not sure, but i'm 5'10 if that helps. Thanks

Wow, where were these taken?

Pics were from the Doethie Valley earlier in the year. 5miles of natural single track winding down the valley to Rhandir-Mwyn, Wales.

Doesn't help that much. I'm quite intrested but not sure about the sizing.

The geometry is toward the top. You can figure out stack and reach from that and compare it to something else you own.

Did you cut the fork steerer ?
Could you tell me the distance from bb center to top of the saddle on your pic's ?
Thank's -
• #21
The fork steerer is cut flush for a 42mm stem.
My saddle height is 71cm. Previous owner had longer legs and a shorter body than me.
Thanks -

Nice! Would fit perfect I think, but not drunken enough.
-
• #24
Ha, I wasn't drunk at all when I paid a lot more for it than that. Tempted to buy it back but I'm desparately trying not to rack bikes again after a major fleet down size exercise last autumn.

Of course a new build to order frame must be well considered! I just thought there's still a little bike money left and it would fit perfect (being about 5'9" with long legs and short torso too).
Victoire CX custom disc frameset, including a Columbus Mud CX disc fork, and Hope headset.
The frame was custom built in France by Victoire.
It's clear coat on black wash paint, which will naturally spider, so i keep it waxed to prevent the spiders rusting. Under the top tube is a minor bit of surface rust under the paint work, i tried to photo it but you can feel it more than see it.

I've used this bike as an adventure bike, go-anywhere, and it'll take 37c tyres, maybe slightly bigger on the front. It's got internal cable routing, and space for x2 bottle cages. I took the headbadge off, but kept it and it can be screwed back on.
I found it to be a beautiful bike, which is fast and competent, and a pleasure to ride. I'm selling to get a bike that takes wider tyres and more suited to off-road cross country.
Sizing spec/geometry is attached, but it fit me well and I'm 5'10
Previously bought on here.
PM me if you're interested, £600 (Frame, fork and headset only)
I'm based in mid-Wales, but can post at cost.
