How strange. I normally go with 36g/500ml but that’s not going to help. Probably try more agitation rather than less, could be som fines clogging the paper.

I just double checked my papers and the are the made in Holland version. Lots of people online saying these cause long drawdown times do that’s probably the cause of the issue .
I’ve got both Japanese and Dutch papers and looks like the boxes got mixed up. I’ll try another brew with the other papers.

Thanks for the deal on these Steve. Do you have any tips on brewing the beans with v60? I’m getting crazy long drip times (the flow stops to almost nothing after 3 minutes) even with a super coarse grind.
I’m going to try lower agitation/a more gentle pour tomorrow but any other tips are welcome.
I’m using, 32g for 520ml of water. Hausgrind grinder and Japanese hario papers (with the tab).
