Thanks to everyone who ordered, all those who have paid have had their coffee roasted and dispatched today, the DHL orders will be collected tomorrow. There's still about 30kg of green left so this offer will be available for a while. Enjoy!

Thanks for the deal on these Steve. Do you have any tips on brewing the beans with v60? I’m getting crazy long drip times (the flow stops to almost nothing after 3 minutes) even with a super coarse grind.

I’m going to try lower agitation/a more gentle pour tomorrow but any other tips are welcome.

I’m using, 32g for 520ml of water. Hausgrind grinder and Japanese hario papers (with the tab).

How strange. I normally go with 36g/500ml but that’s not going to help. Probably try more agitation rather than less, could be som fines clogging the paper.
