So two points of failure if you need that. I don't want to be pulling my phone out just to hit a postcode. I like being able to tap in the postcode on the Garmin and just go there.

Obviously there is no super device as everyone would have it. I’m not proclaiming Wahoo is faultless or perfect.
However it’s stability and so far reliability are far superior to the woes I had with Garmin

I've used this Garmin 1000 to cross Europe 3x and the USA twice so I can't fault it too much.

It's the planned obsolescence of expensive electronics I dislike the most. It's not-really-waterproof SD slot is up there though.
