Mark Reilly is a lovely guy...the frame was built ages ago...but how long does it take to polish? Perhaps off it to me at a discount...and maybe I will then get it painted next year...I write emails that are friendly..(forget the phone)...I am lucky to get a reply the following week...with a cryptic message...I quickly reply but don't get a reply...so still none the wiser....yes...I perhaps should have stuck to 2nd hand/used frames...but what do I do?
I saw this Roberts and thought...ooh is it worth canceling and losing my deposit and getting this instead and coughing up a further £1500?

I will refrain from reiterating my comparatively minor woes from the custom built providers.
There's a lot to be said for buying second hand/off the peg and getting a stainless frame for half an 853 one though!
