Matt finish forks look good!
Just put a 130mm Zipp sprint stem on mine.

I need a zero setback seatpost to use a longer stem (but havent found one for decent money). Any idea?

You can flip the Allez sprint seatpost to bring the mounting point forwards, so it would be positive setback, but you can put the saddle back on the rails to fit.
