Regretfully selling my Sancineto road frameset. It's one of my favourite bikes, but it's just a couple of cms too small!
Here it is built up with Campagnolo 10 speed:
More info about Sancinento here. This frame is probably from the mid 90s.
Sizing
Top tube 56cm CTC
Seat tube 56cm CTC
1" threaded steerer
27.0mm seat post (apparently some frame builders would flip the seat tube for better ride characteristics. Varonha frameworks can bore this out to 27.2mm for £30)
Clearance for 700x27c tyres (but only just!)
130mm rear spacing
Braze-on FD
Good Points
Columbus Thron tubing
Internal cable routing
Columbus drop outs
Spicy paintwork with fades, lazers and Italian signatures
Chrome on most of the rear triangle and fork blades
Slight bulge at the top of the seat tube where someone tried to force a larger seat post. The clamp works perfectly when using the correct sized post, so this is only a visual issue. Still, thought you should know. Again, see the pictures.
Asking £250 collected from South London.sold
I can also include the seat post (this one) for an extra £5.
