Had a minor collision last Friday with a driver pulling across me to get into a parking space. Bit of blood on my knee and knocked the front wheel slightly out of alignment. Gave the driver a bunch of adrenaline sweary words and didn't think any more of it.
I've since developed some major bruising on the back of my leg that had the cut to the knee. I guess I unclipped on the left, banged my knee on the car and then with the right leg still clipped in swung the left pedal into the back of my leg.
The accident happened on a University's grounds, and the guy was an admissions officer who claimed he'd done a 79 hour week as his defence. Anything I should be doing about this ?
I have his name and number, don't have vehicle reg or any witnesses.
