Rather than upgrade to full hydraulic I’ve applied the following changes to my TRP/HD calipers on my tourer...
Replaced compressionless cable outers with TRP compressionless outers (recommended earlier in this thread by @amey)
Replaced the lever arm with a JJBP short reach lever. The installation was really simple following a YouTube video.
The improvement is amazing and I can highly recommend.
