It's probably a no given it hardly fits any of your criteria but...
I've got a 26" dynamo wheelset up for sale with Schwalbe Marathon Supremes. Really good condition as barely used for 500 miles.
Thru Axle Front (can easily use a QR sleeve) and QR rear.

It's 28h which might be a deal breaker for you

Hazy recollection of garage contents coming up... Got some XT hubs on Mavic somethingorthers (XC717s probably, tyres probably worn/knackered, QR but centre-lock, but I have adaptors too - well used, but I think they ran fine last time I rode them - will check condition/hole count tonight and get back to you) - worth me digging them out?
Guaranteed less that 42" wide though!

Bit worse condition than I thought. Front needs truing and rear rim is goosed- it has a nasty crack either side of spoke hole and has a broken spoke anyway. Hubs are smooth though and 32h. Sorry dude.

Have a bunch of knobblies or 1.5" City Jets to choose from if you need tyres also. I just need to true the front wheel or rebuild it onto the new rim. £50.

Thought so (knew so). Glad I haven't been riding them, as I quite like my teeth intact! Hope you get sorted out.
