Right rear wheel slightly out of balance, no flat spots apparently.

Have you commented on how you may have had a flat spot, or did I miss that?

The car was parked up from October until May pretty much- so was a little concerned. However, chap (in so far as I could understand him) said this was not the case and it was just slightly out of balance.
