The going rate for those varies wildly based on condition but hovers around £45,000 for a good one- dare I ask what he paid?

Be cheap speed, free car with a destroyed engine. Lucky find of a smashed up celica with lowish miles.
Wanted it to be ready for the summer and failed.

A gentleman never discusses money in public, I will ask if he's in the pub tonight! I doubt he paid over the odds, he and his father are aficionados (they have 3) and he travelled to deepest Cornwall for it, on which basis he may have paid in the Cornish currency of roadkill.

Nice bread van! Is it the non-M? I find them hard to spot the difference on aftermarket wheels but the wing mirrors look like standard z3 ones.

It was 45k, but whether in British Pounds or decomposing badgers he would not disclose.

Fuck me - is that how much 912s go for these days?
-
• #49337
£20-25k for one that needs new floors and extensive work, 40-65 for one in good condition.
I should have bought when they were 15k for a good one

Yep have become very rare, as people bought them to build 911 carrera replicas or rebuild rusty 911 as 912 was cheaper than a 911 shell also they were only made for a couple of years.
912 is supposed to be a better balanced drive.

requested some pictures of the inside of the rims, well they show quite a lot of balance weights ==> off they go! thanks for the tip ;)

Auto or Manuel?
Que? -

Zactly!

Auto, first ever auto for me and I quite like it.
-
• #49348
Either way it’s a beaut.
I reckon if I was able to warrant getting one I’d seriously consider an auto as there seems to be little driving to be done day to day in my life which would benefit from a Manuel (unless trying to hang a moose’s head).

What model is it? I sorta need an estate and they are rare as hens teeth in the US. Everyone buys sodding SUVs, or crossovers. The mere thought of a crossover makes me want to sick in mouth.
Left or right hand drive?
