Great, will get some snacks and give them a call. Just out of curiosity were you also a FTB and nonFTB?

We were not FTB as my partner has a flat abroad but as its worth less than 40k GBP we didn't have to pay the top bracket.

Would be curious to see the outcome of this as we were FTB and NON-FTB in October last year, with previous house already sold, and ended up paying standard rate.
Will tune in for the update!
