Maybe there is a forum on the George Michael site you could ask.

squeeze your cheeks together ... get home

Fraid not. If I don't chance across an appropriate fast food outlet/ pub/ public convenience then I just hit my first available bush/ alley.

That could be a useful resource for those who like a vibrant social scene with their toilet experience, but not really what I'm after.
I'd quite like to know where I can find a bog that has drinking water that doesn't taste funny, has something strong outside to chain my bike to, and is actually unlocked during the day.

a friend was living with her gay uncle who was very active on the scene. one night he came back and recounted that he had bumped into his old geography teacher in the toilets of a pub, he was wearing waders and asking people to fill them with piss rather than use the urinals. is this the funny tasting water you collect in public loos?

Didn't Larry David invent this already?

No, but the funny taste doesn't seem so bad now.
Thankyou.

Mrs M_V is small of bladder so I've been meaning to look into toilet maps for a little while, seeing this thread reminded me so I looked, and found this,
Looking at Glasgow city centre it's far from exhaustive but then I looked at some more rural areas and it does have quite a few. Lot's in cafes and pubs though so not sure if they really are 'public' or not.
Does anyone know of a GPS compatible list of useable public toilets ?
I'd like to be able to flip my GPS into carseyhunt mode when out for a ride.
And is it called the bogosphere or the crapper mapper ?
Edit: answers:
There a few online maps of garages etc that show whether or not each one has a toilet, some allow you to filter by haz toilet:
