Looks like @urflying is going to take the frameset this weekend, so I am going to split the bike today.

Not sure about the prices for all components, but do shifters for £75 sound right @packet?

It's tested with 23c + mudguards and 25c without - all fine.

Probably you can fit 28c but definitely not 32c.
