I really like that. I'd previously looked at, and then talked myself out of, their Ocean Vintage GMT (the McQueen explorer homage) but your option is much cleaner.
Sinn's already been mentioned, but on a further German tip, Muhle have a couple of options - the Terrasport IV GMT has got a similar look to your Steinie so it might be up your street, and the Seebataillion (sp?) GMT is sportier but still quite stripped back. You can get either for under £2k on Chrono24.
On the GMT hunt, I had a Bremont Alt1-Z, which is GMT and a chrono, for 5 years and the thing was bombproof and super accurate. Bremont are a bit of a marmite brand (and the model is not one of their most loved - you'd need to be comfortable with cut-off numerals, which is definitely a thing for some peeps) but love 'em or hate 'em, the quality of the watch was superb and if you're lucky you could pick one up secondhand for £2k or just over.
