Worn rear sprocket. Replace and also include a new chain :)

Possible. Probably should have mentioned that it's a new chain and that I binned the old one because it was reading as worn, but the sprocket looks fine and I don't consider it a high-mileage bike. Do 1/8" steel sprockets really wear out at any appreciable rate?

I find they remain completely useable and look normal for ages, but they get noisy relatively quickly.
