  • I want to get some of my negatives scanned in high quality in view of getting 'proper' prints done. Aperture is right by my office and does a roll of 135/36exp for £12. Has anyone done this before? Is there a better way of doing this? Will they be pissed off if I bring them sleeves of 36 individual negatives not in a roll...?

  • I don't know them but I'm certain they will not be scanning your 36 individual negatives for £12.

  • I will have to badly tape them together then :)

  • Dredge but I went in today and...yes they will. Guy confirmed that they'll scan 36 seperate negatives at 13mb files for £12. They won't mix formats so I'll probably just get 35mm scanned and printed for now. Think about some yuuuge 6x9 prints another time...

Would a 13mb 35mm scan print to A4 without looking gack? Obviously personal taste but is there a rule of thumb?
