Re. cycle industry and bearings, Eurofighter GMBH lead engineer/ aerodynamicist and keen amateur cyclist calling himself Hambini has a Youtube channel where he takes the piss out of appalling manufacturing standards in the bike biz re. tolerances etc.

Last night he put up a vid where he showed a top end Tifosi carbon frame with a PF BB shell that was drilled oval, not parallel and one side was higher than the other.

Interesting, have just watched the video. Can’t believe someone actually commissioned an engineering expert to design and manufacture a proprietary bottom bracket for a fucking Tifosi frame. Send that shit back!

I did wonder that myself... if he did it pro-bono just to be able to make the video...

If not, you’d have to imagine given the man hours involved, what Hambini would have charged would be more than the ruddy frame’s worth..
