Specialized specify Loctite 640 for BB30 fitting which is stupid expensive unless you get a NOS 10ml from Ebay dude here for £2.99 and the FSA DIY removal and fitting tools are dead cheap on Wiggle.
@chak fitted a BB30 on my new Specialized 3 years ago that I only had to replace two weeks ago (with Rotor BB30 bearings) so he definitely knows what he's doing :)
