Rumours of local authorities in Russia asking the local population to take iodine pills against radiation poisoning after that rocket exploded. It's not suspected that a nuclear warhead has exploded, but rather that the radiation comes from the rocket's fuel source.
Russians are trying to develop rockets propelled by small nuclear reactors, capable of killing people pretty much anywhere on the planet it seems. At least according to this video:
