Well ive made a bit of progress, made some major improvements to the jig. I machined some new parts at work and they have really improved the stiffness of the whole thing. I also moved the BB support over the axle that the BB/st post pivots about. Meaning its alot easier to set up. I also made a set of heatsinks/supports for the 44mm headtube on the next build.
Ive just placed an order for a few more bits from ceeway, deliberating a bit about the geo. Im wanting the next frame to be an agressive, stiff road crit frame for smashing round hillingdon tuesday night and regents laps. Hoping to double up as a winter road frame as well.
I reckon i might go pretty short chainstays and steep ht/st angle to get it towards track geo. I really like the geo of my mash parallax so leaning towards that, but not so extreme. Also the reach on the cinelli is really low, so might bump that forward a bit.
I really want bikecad but payday is far away...
