As a Spurs fan (used to modest levels of transfer excitement in recent seasons) I'm giving it an 8/10 window - ridiculously (IMO) no-one snagged Toby on the cheap and we've signed a highly promising (and somewhat established) young English player (without the young English 75% premium as per Wan-Bissaka) a very strong CL performer who, based on others with similar profile/performances and given age seems a good (or at worst) safe investment which could prove excellent value and Lo Celso (who actually I know little about as a player and in terms of the deal). Yes a right back and striker would have been nice and made it full marks
Levy's gonna Levy.
Pochettino knows Levy by now, and this is the biggest investment in players that he's made (outside of the Bale money reinvestment) for a manager. As much as he'd like Levy to stop being so last minute, he is what he is..
If Pochettino gets Ndombele, Lo Celso and Sessegnon, despite them arriving late, I think he'll be happy enough.
