  • Levy's gonna Levy.
Pochettino knows Levy by now, and this is the biggest investment in players that he's made (outside of the Bale money reinvestment) for a manager. As much as he'd like Levy to stop being so last minute, he is what he is..
If Pochettino gets Ndombele, Lo Celso and Sessegnon, despite them arriving late, I think he'll be happy enough.

  • As a Spurs fan (used to modest levels of transfer excitement in recent seasons) I'm giving it an 8/10 window - ridiculously (IMO) no-one snagged Toby on the cheap and we've signed a highly promising (and somewhat established) young English player (without the young English 75% premium as per Wan-Bissaka) a very strong CL performer who, based on others with similar profile/performances and given age seems a good (or at worst) safe investment which could prove excellent value and Lo Celso (who actually I know little about as a player and in terms of the deal). Yes a right back and striker would have been nice and made it full marks
